MJA is a planning and design organization working on flagship architectural projects in the urban milieu. The range of projects dealt in our studio include hospitality buildings, high end housing projects, corporate offices and retail destinations, campus planning for educational and research institutes and master planning projects. In our organization, only selected projects are taken every year, for they are worked upon intensively with a definite and holistic approach, guided by the minimalist school of thought. Sensitive response to the context through appropriate vocabulary of architecture prevails as the guiding theme for every architectural intervention of our studio.

MJA Studio

MJA core team, with Principal Mr. Madhav Joshi, an urban planner along with senior urban designers, architects and interior designers work creatively to translate the project brief into built forms appropriate to their context. The studio team is supported by reputed MEP consultants from Pune, Mumbai, and New Delhi. The core team is assisted by junior design staff within the studio and by a well – equipped support and administration team.

We work out of a well-furnished office of 1500sq.ft. area located in a prime area within the city of Pune. The office has a conference room, a design studio, state of the art hardware infrastructure, an executive cabin for the principal architect, a reference library with over 300 books, a model making room, cabins for administrative and support staff and landscaped break out spaces, all of which have a 24 X 7 power back up.
